The apartment was clean and everything was great. Staff were helpful, facility - great. It had a fridge, coffee/tea making equipment and a dining area, plus a view over garden. We loved the restaurant, where the breakfast was served. Walked in 15 minutes to The Bakery that serves coffee and treats.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with a wonderful supermarket at the local shopping centre nearby. It is also quite close to the tourist area and within walking distance of the city center and the old town of Innsbruck. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are of decent size for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and provides helpful service, and there are useful facilities like a well-equipped kitchenette and a desk for office work.

The room can be a bit tight on space, especially in the bedroom where there is limited room to walk around the bed.

The facilities offered by the hotel exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed making use of the restaurant, sauna, and daily breakfast offered at the nearby hotel. The location of the hotel was also ideal, as it was within walking distance to the main attractions in the city. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent concierge services and a convenient ski shuttle service.

I was disappointed to discover that some of the amenities advertised in the photos and advertisement were not available for use during my stay. Moreover, the interaction with the owner was unpleasant and unprofessional.

Convenient location near city center and train station. Large, clean apartment with helpful staff. Access to hotel facilities and amenities. Close to park and running path. Loved our stay and will return.
